Explore and help introduce AI-assisted engineering tools as access and maturity evolve, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or SRE roles

Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) in production environments

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or similar)

Proficiency in at least one scripting or automation language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines and release automation

Practical knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools and practices

Strong understanding of reliability concepts such as availability, resiliency, incident management, and operational readiness

Hands-on experience with Git-based version control workflows

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Experience introducing DevOps or SRE practices in low‑to‑medium maturity environments

Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience working in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or retail

Familiarity with security, identity, and access management fundamentals

Early experience or strong interest in using AI tools to support engineering productivity and operations

We’re always looking for great talent! In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

 Comprehensive benefits and retirement programs

 Performance incentives, Continuing Education Programs

Other perks to support your well-being

Career growth opportunities and product discounts

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 – $131,000 CAD.
